Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNOJ handles necessary data when providing subscription services, international route connections, account management, and customer support. Using this website or the user panel means that you have read this policy. VPNOJ processes data only as needed to provide services, maintain account security, complete orders, and meet necessary obligations, and does not make unrelated information a condition of use.
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to VPNOJ marketing pages, the user panel, network acceleration services, and ticket functions. Data processing follows the principles of defined purposes, necessity, and restricted access. Internally, relevant information is available only to personnel who need it for account management, troubleshooting, or order verification, with access limited according to their responsibilities.
Independent services provided through external websites, app stores, or payment channels are governed by the privacy rules of the respective providers. Before accessing those services, you should also review their published terms.
Data Collected and Its Uses
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNOJ stores account identifiers, encrypted authentication information, plan status, total data usage, order records, and ticket content for login verification, quota calculation, order fulfillment, refund checks, and issue resolution. Passwords are not used in directly readable plaintext form for routine account management.
Website analytics may include the pages visited, visit times, browser type, device category, language settings, and general network information. This data helps identify page issues, assess usability, and protect the website from abnormal requests. It is not used to build profiles of the websites users access internationally.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNOJ does not record which websites users visit, or store webpage content, communications content, application traffic content, or browsing history that can be traced back. The service does not organize target websites with specific accounts into long-term connection logs or build user profiles based on access content.
Temporary technical states may be generated while a connection is established for authentication, route selection, and traffic measurement. These states are used only for the current service session and cleared when the session ends; they do not form a searchable connection history. Total data usage in an account is used to enforce the purchased plan and does not include specific destinations or transmitted content.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session credentials, and necessary security settings. This data maintains login sessions, restores page state, and reduces repeated actions. It is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, your login status and interface preferences may need to be set again. To protect account security, you should not keep a login session on a shared device for an extended period.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNOJ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel. VPNOJ receives the transaction status, order identifier, amount, and payment result needed to complete an order, but does not directly store the complete payment credentials that the payment channel requires users to submit.
Payment providers may process transaction risk controls, accounting checks, and compliance information under their own rules. The scope and handling of that data are governed by their privacy policies. VPNOJ uses payment results only as needed for order fulfillment, dispute handling, and refund verification.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account and order data are retained for as long as the account remains active, services are delivered, accounting checks are needed, or disputes are being handled. Ticket content is retained until the issue is resolved and no longer needed for subsequent verification. Access analytics are managed in aggregated or de-identified form. When the processing purpose ends and no continuing retention obligation exists, relevant data will be deleted or de-identified.
Users may log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request deletion of an account and eligible associated data. To prevent accidental deletion, account ownership verification may be required before processing. Orders or security records that must be retained by law will be handled after the relevant obligation ends. Once deletion is complete, the account, subscription status, and related services can no longer be used.
When this policy changes, VPNOJ will publish the revision on this page and update the date at the top. Important changes involving data types, processing purposes, or user rights will be presented through a visible notice on the site. Before continuing to use the services, you can review this page to confirm the latest rules.
