These terms apply to the cross-border access and subscription services provided by VPNOJ. By visiting the website, creating an account, starting a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
VPNOJ provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access and international route connectivity. Available routes, access methods, and client entry points are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the time.
Subscription traffic is calculated according to the selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method before activation.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. You are responsible for securely storing your login credentials and for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes made through the account. If your credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and review the account status.
An account may be used on an unlimited number of devices at the same time, but only by the account holder and devices managed by that person. Do not publicly distribute the account, subscription details, or access rights to unrelated third parties. Reselling, renting, splitting, or selling access separately is prohibited, as is operating another service through shared credentials. If usage beyond a reasonable personal scope affects system operations, VPNOJ may apply necessary access restrictions.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used. Do not use VPNOJ for unlawful activities or to infringe on the lawful rights of others. The service may not be used to distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network facilities, maliciously consume resources, send harmful programs, or engage in other conduct clearly outside normal network access purposes.
You are responsible for actions initiated through the account and their consequences. When VPNOJ receives a valid compliance request or identifies conduct that may threaten service stability or other users’ normal access, it may review and address the relevant access.
Availability and Liability
International routes may be affected by the network where you are located, target service policies, device conditions, carrier links, and temporary maintenance. VPNOJ continuously maintains its service infrastructure but does not guarantee that every region, route, or third-party website will remain connectable at all times.
Some features may be briefly interrupted or changed for maintenance, troubleshooting, security adjustments, or route optimization. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNOJ is not liable beyond the fees paid for the relevant services for connection failures, data loss, or indirect losses caused by device configuration, third-party service changes, external network issues, or events beyond its control.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of the first payment. Submit the request through the user panel so the corresponding account and order can be verified. Refunds apply only to subscription orders actually paid for and do not include additional compensation, complimentary traffic, or price adjustments beyond the stated terms.
Before submitting a request, confirm that the order belongs to you and that the account information is accurate. Once a refund is completed, subscription benefits associated with that order may be terminated; other independent orders or traffic packages in the account will continue to be handled according to their respective statuses.
Account Termination and Changes
If you resell subscriptions, publicly distribute credentials, repeatedly disrupt service operations, use the service for unlawful purposes, or seriously violate these terms, VPNOJ may restrict features, suspend access, or terminate the account. Any action will be assessed based on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable records.
VPNOJ may update these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or feature changes. Updated content will be published on this page with the last update date. Changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated through available on-site methods. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and submit a request where permitted by the refund policy.
